Once a Complimentary Session has determined the initiation of the coaching partnership, the relationship begins with a Discovery Session (2–3 hours in person if location permits) followed by scheduled 40-minute sessions three times per month.
The coaching partnership begins with an initial four-month commitment and then continues on a month-to-month basis.
The Discovery Session is charged separately at $500. The monthly coaching fee is $500 per month.
A Goods and Services Tax of 5% is added to the fee and effective July 1, 2010 the GST will be replaced by the HST (12%).
Associate Coaches
True North Coaching Associates follow the same program structure as above—a Discovery Session then a regularly scheduled coaching time based on an initial four-month commitment. Some Associates offer 3 forty-minute sessions per month while others offer 4 thirty-minute sessions.
Associates rates may vary but are within a range of $250 - $450 CDN per month.
Coaches-in-Training
True North Coaching supports coaches who are entering the profession. Coaches-in-training receive 6 months of coaching (the duration of the certification course) from a certified Associate Coach for 15% off their regular fee.
