True North Coaching

Associate Requirements

To be a True North Coaching Associate, a coach is required to:

  • be certified through The Coaches Training Institute or another ICF accredited school
  • work with Laura North for the minimum 4-month commitment and then continue or be working with another ICF certified coach
  • annually pursue continuing education that is related to and supports further education as a coach (ie. attending the local ICF or CTI meetings, further coach training, associated training, reading, attend the ICF Conference)
  • be a member of the International Coach Federation and be pursuing the next level of ICF credentialing
  • support True North Coaching's mandate for social responsibility and give back in a similar way
  • Apply to become an Associate Coach
